Shipping & Delivery: We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service, providing a reliable and fully tracked option for your peace of mind. If you need your order sooner, we also offer a next working day delivery upgrade for £5.50, which is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed before 11:00am are dispatched on the same day. International orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. RÜYA & CO. — RETURNS POLICY We hope you love your purchase from Rüya & Co., however if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept returns. How to Return If you wish to return an item, simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in its original condition, and with all labels and tags still attached. A Returns Form is included in your parcel — please complete the form and place it inside your return package so we can process your refund accurately. Return Conditions To qualify for a refund, items must be: Unworn & unused Free from makeup, perfume, tan or marks In original packaging where applicable With all labels and tags attached Returned within 14 days of delivery Return Postage Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds within 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. Exchanges At this time we do not offer automatic exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
